L’assaggio (“Tasting") is an unique Italian magazine centred on sensory analysis, founded on 1995 as a series of monographs devoted to the examination of sensory discipline.
On 2005, it was transformed into the paper magazine that is still now.
With this layout, about 3.500 pages have been already published. These constitute a true encyclopedia about the measurement of perception, the products that are subject of the test, last sensory trends, methods to query consumers and methods to create a true image of reality, as well as about the narration through innovative methods.
Thus, L’assaggio became a collectors’ item.
